Depending on your training plans and athlete requirements, we flexibly adjust the program, tailoring the training hours for each athlete. Our approach encompasses both group and individual sessions, ensuring that every athlete receives precisely what they need to excel.

Day1: Meet-Up
The initial phase involves a discussion to understand your requirements, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we assess if the method aligns with your desired outcomes.

Day 2: Planning
Following our conversation and your goals, a customized program rooted in the method will be crafted, presented, and tailored to suit you/your entire team's needs.

Day 3: Action
The method is now operational, with concrete training sessions being implemented for athletes both collectively and on an individual basis. Expect concrete results on the 7th day of training.
